LONDON, United Kingdom - The Shades of Sadness documentary, created by UK filmmaker Md Arman Ali, has expanded its international streaming distribution through Filmhub, making the independent award-winning film available to audiences through an increasing number of digital streaming platforms worldwide.

The documentary is currently available to stream on Relay through Filmhub's distribution network. It has also secured licensing agreements with Filmzie and Future Today (Fawesome). As distribution continues, the film is expected to become available on additional platforms, including Roku, Fire TV, and Apple TV. Filmhub is also presenting the title to other streaming services as part of its ongoing distribution efforts.

The Shades of Sadness documentary is a personal documentary presented as a video diary that explores themes of sadness, loneliness, identity, and psychological resilience. Through a reflective storytelling approach, the film documents personal experiences while encouraging conversations about mental well-being, emotional healing, and the challenges of navigating life through moments of uncertainty.

Md Arman Ali is a UK filmmaker and a Master's graduate in Film and Media Production from Canterbury Christ Church University. His work focuses on authentic storytelling inspired by personal experiences and contemporary social issues. With Shades of Sadness, Arman Ali continues to explore universal themes through personal documentary storytelling.

Before its commercial streaming release, the documentary received recognition at several international film festivals. It won the Best Documentary Feature award at the Swedish International Film Festival, received an Honorable Mention at the Stockholm City Film Festival, and earned a nomination at the Folkestone Film Festival. These recognitions helped introduce the project to international audiences ahead of its digital distribution.

"Seeing Shades of Sadness reach audiences through Relay and continue expanding onto additional streaming platforms is an important milestone for this project," said Md Arman Ali, director of the film. "I hope the documentary encourages meaningful conversations about emotional resilience while demonstrating that independent filmmaking can connect with audiences around the world."

With worldwide digital distribution continuing through Filmhub, the documentary is expected to reach additional streaming platforms in the coming months, providing broader access for viewers interested in independent documentary filmmaking and stories centered on the human experience.
