Siam Legal International, a government-authorized General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA) for the Thailand Privilege program, has announced the extension of the Thailand Privilege Visa Bronze membership through September 30, 2026, alongside the conclusion of the Next Member Promotion for family additions, which officially closed on March 31, 2026.

The Thailand Privilege program, administered by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., provides a structured long-term residence solution for foreign nationals without requiring employment sponsorship, retirement qualification, or recurring visa renewals. Commonly referred to as the Thailand Elite Visa, the program continues to serve as one of the most established long-term visa options for individuals seeking extended stays in Thailand under a membership-based framework. The extension of the Bronze membership tier offers a broader application window for individuals considering entry into the program’s most accessible tier.
The Bronze membership provides a five-year multiple-entry visa, along with core program benefits including expedited immigration processing, airport assistance services, and access to dedicated concierge support. The extended availability allows prospective applicants additional time to evaluate long-term residence planning under the program.
The recently concluded Next Member Promotion introduced a limited-time opportunity for existing Platinum, Diamond, and Reserve members to include eligible family members at a reduced rate of 500,000 THB per additional applicant, compared to standard pricing structures that typically range from 1 million to 2 million THB, depending on membership tier. Eligible dependents included spouses and immediate family members, enabling consolidated residency planning under a single program framework.
"The extension of the Bronze membership provides continued flexibility for new applicants evaluating long-term residence options in Thailand, while the family promotion demonstrated strong demand among existing members seeking to formalize residency arrangements for their families," said Rex Baay, Senior Immigration Consultant at Siam Legal International. "For applicants navigating these options, proper sequencing of applications, membership upgrades, and document preparation remains critical to ensuring a smooth approval process."
Eligibility requirements for the Thailand Privilege program include holding a valid passport, maintaining a clean immigration record with no history of overstays, absence of serious criminal background, no record of bankruptcy or legal incapacity, and parental consent for applicants under 20 years of age. These criteria apply to both primary applicants and any dependents included under the membership.
As an authorized GSSA, Siam Legal International facilitates the application process while ensuring that all membership fees are paid directly to Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. only after approval. Engaging professional assistance does not increase the cost of the program, but provides structured guidance across eligibility assessment, document preparation, and application coordination.
With the conclusion of the family promotion, the extended Bronze membership period now represents the primary entry point for prospective applicants seeking long-term residency in Thailand under the Thailand Privilege program.
