Judge Novarro’s September 20, 2024 order found that Aristocrat “is extremely likely to succeed in demonstrating L&W misappropriated Aristocrat’s trade secrets in its development of Dragon Train.”

Following this news, L&W stock price fell $21.97 per share, nearly 20%, to close at $90.71 per share on September 24, 2024.
