Over twenty-five years and more than 86,000 business diagnoses, Aldebert has found that the most damaging version of pricing failure is not the obvious kind. It is not a business priced below its competitors. It is a business priced at or above market that has quietly drifted away from profitability as input costs including labor, materials, fuel, and insurance have risen incrementally over time while prices have stayed flat.
