Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to increase the quarterly dividend on its outstanding Class A common stock by 6% to $0.50 per share. The dividend is payable on August 19, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2022.
