Diane Randolph Joins WorkJam Board of Directors

Former Ulta Beauty CIO Brings Digital Transformation Leadership to Company’s Board

Randolph, a seasoned retail and technology executive, brings decades of leadership experience in digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, supply chain innovation, and customer engagement.

Randolph has held executive leadership roles at some of the most recognized retail organizations, including serving as Ulta Beauty’s CIO from 2014 to 2020. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in Ulta’s rapid growth and digital transformation, leading major advancements in mobile commerce, omnichannel distribution, and in-store technology solutions. Prior to Ulta, she was CIO at Reitmans Canada Limited, where she spearheaded the company’s first e-commerce and supply chain initiatives. She has also served on the Executive Committee of the National Retail Federation CIO Council, further demonstrating her influence and expertise in the retail technology space.

In addition to her operational leadership, Randolph serves on the boards of Dollar Tree, Shoe Carnival, XCCommerce, and Flexe, Inc., contributing her expertise in retail technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management. Her extensive background in developing high-performing teams and fostering organizational culture aligns with WorkJam’s mission to empower frontline workers and transform workforce management through digital investments.
