JUPITER, FL - Palmhouse Design & Build, a Jupiter-based luxury residential remodeling and design-build firm, has announced a strategic partnership with the West Palm Beach Library Foundation, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach and its community programs, services, and resources.

The partnership launches publicly on April 26, 2026, in conjunction with the Foundation’s annual Cruise for a Cause fundraiser aboard the luxury yacht Sir Winston - and with it, three concrete commitments from Palmhouse Design & Build to the Foundation and the broader Palm Beach County community. Together, these commitments extend the Foundation’s mission of lifelong learning and community wellbeing into the homes of the residents it serves.

A Giveback Program Rooted in the Community

As part of the ongoing partnership, Palmhouse Design & Build will contribute 5% of the gross contract value of every qualifying remodeling project generated through the relationship back to the Foundation. Homeowners who mention the West Palm Beach Library Foundation when scheduling a consultation will trigger the contribution automatically - no forms, no applications.

We believe strongly in supporting organizations that invest in education, culture, and community. Our partnership with the West Palm Beach Library Foundation reflects our commitment to giving back while also helping homeowners create spaces that support longevity, safety, and quality of life,” said Oscar Barrig, founder of  Palmhouse Design & Build.

The Longevity Initiative: Complimentary Aging-in-Place Home Assessments

Also launching through the partnership is a new Longevity Initiative - a program offering complimentary Aging-in-Place Home Assessments, valued between $800 and $1,200, available to anyone who mentions the West Palm Beach Library Foundation when scheduling a consultation with Palmhouse Design & Build.

Each assessment is conducted by experienced remodeling professionals with extensive expertise in aging-in-place design, safety planning, and residential construction. The evaluation includes a full property walkthrough, identification of hidden safety risks and accessibility gaps, and long-term livability recommendations tailored to the homeowner’s needs and goals.

The initiative reflects a growing reality across Palm Beach County: a significant portion of the region’s homeowners are choosing to remain in their homes as they age - and the right modifications can make that choice safer, more comfortable, and more sustainable. Assessments are available beginning immediately following the April 26 event. Homeowners can schedule directly by calling 561-831-4170 or visiting palmhousedesign.com and mentioning the West Palm Beach Library Foundation.

$10,000 Luxury Remodeling Package Donated to Cruise for a Cause Silent Auction

Palmhouse Design & Build is also contributing a $10,000 Luxury Remodeling Package to the Foundation’s Cruise for a Cause silent auction, taking place Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. aboard the Sir Winston.

The package includes a full design consultation, conceptual renderings, architectural review, and a credit toward a qualifying remodeling or rebuild project within Palm Beach County and surrounding service areas. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to standard project minimums and scope alignment, with the project to be initiated within a reasonable timeframe following the award.

Rosie Barrig, Co-Founder of Palmhouse Design & Build, serves as a committee member of the Cruise for a Cause event - a role that reflects the firm’s hands-on commitment to the Foundation’s mission beyond financial contribution.
