Over the past three years, Mr. Miles has been a driving force within SPM’s sales leadership team, building strong client relationships, expanding the company’s market presence, and delivering solutions tailored to the needs of investors and property owners. Prior to his promotion, Aaron served as Director of Sales at Specialized Property Management, where he played a key role in increasing unit count, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the company’s footprint across multiple markets.
With more than 25 years of sales experience, Aaron brings deep expertise in sales strategy, team development, and client success. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on building high-performing sales teams and optimizing processes that drive sustainable growth. His commitment to excellence, passion for serving customers with integrity, and forward-thinking approach make him a valuable leader as SPM continues to scale and innovate within the single-family rental management space. Aaron’s leadership has played an instrumental role in strengthening the company’s sales culture and positioning SPM for continued growth.
Mr. Miles received his degree from the University of Utah. In his time away from work, Aaron enjoys coaching his four kids in sports, being outdoors, playing golf, and spending time with his wife.
