Alpine Summit Energy Partners Announces Expansion of Existing Credit Facility

Nashville, Tennessee and Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 4, 2022) - Alpine Summit Energy Partners, Inc. (TSXV: ALPS.U) (NASDAQ: ALPS) ("Alpine Summit" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful expansion of the existing corporate credit facility (the "Facility") of its operating subsidiary, HB2 Origination, LLC. The Facility, which originally had a total size of USD$30 million (as announced on March 14, 2022), is led by Bank7 Corp. ("Bank7") and is secured by working interests in a subset of the Company's producing assets. The Facility has been increased to a total size of USD$65 million and has a current borrowing base availability of USD$17.4 million. The Facility's maturity date and interest rate remain unchanged. The upsized Facility is expected to provide the Company with additional working capital flexibility.
