From April 19 to 20, the “Discover Yangxian Through Global Eyes · The Aroma of Spring Tea Reaches the World — 2026 International Experience Officers Yangxian Tour” was held. Influencer bloggers from Russia, Egypt, Belarus, and Kazakhstan participated as international experience officers, immersing themselves in a “springtime vacation utopia” in Yangxian, Yixing, Jiangsu Province.

The international experience officers’ first stop was Yanghu Lake Town, where the gentle charm of Jiangnan formed their first impression of Yangxian. Here, they marveled at a spectacular fireworks show, watched the theatrical performance “The Covenant of Flying Birds,” and experienced the time-honored Zisha pottery craftsmanship refined through centuries of kiln fire—personally immersing themselves in the lifestyle and profound Eastern aesthetics of a Jiangnan water town.

During the journey, the group also gained an immersive sense of everyday life in Chinese rural communities, visiting Yangxian’s modern village amenities such as free-to-use five-star public restrooms, community hospitals, fitness centers, and theaters. Along the way, they documented these impressive rural public facilities. While cycling at Longchi Mountain Cycling Park, the international experience officers repeatedly praised Yangxian’s outstanding ecological environment.

As the local saying goes, “local soil nurtures local flavors.” At the Yibang Cuisine Museum, the experience officers indulged in an immersive culinary journey, savoring dishes that reflect the unique culture, traditions, and human stories of Yangxian.

April is also the prime season for harvesting Yangxian spring tea. During the event, the international experience officers, guided by local tea farmers, immersed themselves in the rich aroma of freshly picked tea. They also visited the Yangxian Tribute Tea Institute, where they observed traditional tea-making techniques and took part in hands-on tea processing. Surrounded by the lingering fragrance of tea, they experienced the profound depth of Chinese tea culture.
