The order, comprising 95PCS stabilizers in various sizes, was manufactured in full compliance with API Spec 7-1 standards for thermal energy exploration.During the five-day audit, the client’s technical team assessed the following:Material Traceability: Certification of AISI 4145H alloy, along with full records of heat treatment and the associated forging and heat treatment facilities.Manufacturing Precision and Hardfacing: CNC-machined threads and blades, along with hardfacing process inspections.Quality Control: 100% ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) to ensure the stabilizers were free from cracks.
