Lee Industries, a leading manufacturer of custom-designed process equipment, announced new leadership titles, effective January 1, 2025.
Robert Montler, who has served as CEO since 1986, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman. In this capacity, Mr. Montler will oversee the board of directors and provide strategic guidance to the CEO.
Joshua Montler, formerly President and CFO/COO, will assume the position of President and CEO. Mr. Montler will be responsible for managing the corporation, executive team, and overall operations.
Timothy “TJ” Knob, Jr., previously the Applications Engineer Manager, has been promoted to Chief Applications Engineer. Mr. Knob will lead the application engineering team and spearhead business development initiatives.
