The Board of Directors of Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), the leading organization working to make youth sports positive, equitable, and accessible to all young people, is delighted to announce Jason Sacks as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2025. As we continue to strive to enhance our offerings to coaches, parents, organizations, and communities, while expanding strategic partnerships with leading corporate brands and philanthropic organizations that harness the power of youth sports, Jason’s 18+ years of experience at PCA uniquely equip him to lead the organization.

A recognized national leader in the youth sports space, Jason brings exceptional credentials to his new role, including having led PCA’s growth of impact to millions of youth participating in youth sports. Jason has created innovative partnerships across all of youth sports, media outlets, leading brands, including Curry Brand/Under Armour, ESPN, National Women's Soccer League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, Little League International, US Soccer Federation, and many more. Under his leadership, PCA has successfully expanded its reach and impact through partnerships and attracting leading philanthropic organizations to support PCA’s commitment to ensuring youth sports are done right in all communities across the country.

The CEO transition comes three years after the PCA-Coaching Corps merger, which brought together the two leading organizations with complementary expertise, networks, and strategies.

Carter will stay on with PCA as a strategic advisor through April of this year.
