With the help of customers across the country, ZIPS exceeded its 2025 donation goal by raising $170,000 for Folds of Honor, which will be donated to Folds of Honor at a flag raising ceremony in Frisco, Texas, on November 5, 2025. To further support local military, ZIPS offers their best car wash free for veterans every year on Veterans Day, November 11th. Veterans can visit over 215 locations across 20 states this year to receive their free wash.
Pete Nani, CEO of ZIPS Car Wash, stated that the Myrtle Beach market remains a key focus for the organization's ongoing improvement efforts. The company aims to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality through site improvements, comprehensive employee training, and continued reinvestment in the region. “We’re excited to offer a whole new look at these two stores as well as improvements at all our Myrtle Beach locations. We look forward to serving customers, new and old, with a free car wash on Tuesday,” he added.
At Tuesday’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, ZIPS will recognize a local military family with a $500 academic scholarship through its national partnership with Folds of Honor. Ally Murphy, a Junior at Coastal Carolina University, and her family will be honored at the event. Ally is majoring in Sustainability and Coastal Resilience. Her father, Petty Officer 2nd Class Jeffrey Robert Kwasniewski of the US Navy, served our country for eight years and was disabled in the line of duty. Please join ZIPS in thanking this family for their service and sacrifice.
