Toronto, ON, Canada - April 27, 2026 - Zevrix Solutions today announced the release of Output Factory 3.2.2, a maintenance update to the company's output-automation powerhouse for Adobe InDesign. Output Factory eliminates the time-consuming repetitive tasks that printers and publishers face when exporting and printing InDesign documents to PDF, TIFF, HTML, and other formats.
The update restores the ability to apply security settings to interactive PDFs exported as single output files. It also resolves an issue in which the PDF Security settings window could become unresponsive when aborting the password-confirmation dialogs.
The ability to store and reuse PDF security settings within workflows is one of the Output Factory features that saves InDesign users significant time and effort. While InDesign does not provide a way to save PDF security adjustments within its presets, Output Factory users can easily store these settings in the app's interface and reuse them without retyping passwords or redefining protection options for opening, printing, and editing PDF files.
