Now in its thirteenth year, this annual ranking spotlights executives making a material impact on the staffing industry and those it serves. Milam and Bily’s inclusion on the 2024 list reflects not only their pivotal roles in driving Employbridge’s digital and workforce advancement initiatives, but also their stellar reputations as visionary thought leaders within the industry at large.

Bily has been recognized for previous SIA honors, including the “Global Power – 150 Women in Staffing List” seven years in a row.
