GHK Capital Partners LP ("GHK") announced today that it recently completed the sale of ITS Logistics (“ITS”). ITS, based in Reno, NV, provides asset-lite freight brokerage, dedicated fleet, and distribution and fulfillment services nationwide. GHK acquired ITS in June 2021. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as lead financial advisor, and Jefferies LLC acted as financial advisor to ITS on the transaction. Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP acted as legal counsel to ITS on the transaction.
