The engagement also prepared the organization for future Power BI reporting enhancements planned in the next phase of digital transformation.
The upgraded cloud environment now provides structured workflows, dependable inventory tracking, cleaner operational coordination, and improved reporting visibility across departments handling recycling operations. The implementation also reduced reliance on spreadsheets and eliminated several server-related maintenance concerns tied to the previous infrastructure.
